If you are in crisis
Wagerbreaker is a peer-support tool, not clinical care. Call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), free and confidential, any hour. Gamblers Anonymous meetings are listed at gamblersanonymous.org.
Common questions
- The reminder did not arrive. Open Settings on your iPhone, find Wagerbreaker, and allow Notifications. Reminders fire fifteen minutes before each window you named, and only for windows still listed in the app.
- I want to change my windows, my person or my tradition. Everything set during onboarding can be changed in the app’s settings.
- Where is my data. On your phone, and nowhere else. There is no account and no server, so nothing can be recovered if you delete the app. See the privacy policy.
- I got a new phone. Your streak does not transfer, because the streak never left the old phone. Set the windows up again and pick your start date.
Delete your data
Delete the app. That removes everything it stored. To be taken off the launch email list, reply to any email from us or write to the address above.
